Maintenance:
Our on the water location in West Haven boat harbor Auckland allows us to provide very diverse and cost effective maintenance services. Our floating workshop allows our customers yachts to tie up along side which means we have no travel time and all our tools are right at hand. We believe this gives us a distinct advantage in providing superior service to our customers with short turn around times. The entire process happens right on the water from mast out to mast in.

Gantry.
We have a specialist mast gantry capable of lifting masts up to 27 meters tall and can store them on top of our building. We can also prepare masts for transporting with the vessel if it’s being trucked or ship elsewhere.

Refits:
We specialize in refits of all types of masts, booms and spinnaker poles which includes:
An on site swaging press we specialize in the replacement of wire rigging for all types of yachts.
Repainting services including paint removal, surface prep of aluminum and application of undercoats and top coats to a high standard .
Replacement and servicing of hardware including sheaves, blocks, winches, rope jammers etc
The repair or rebuilding of all rig components including, goose necks, spreaders, exit box’s etc. This can include the modifying of rig set up such as addition of top mast jumpers or the addition of runners etc.
Retrofitting or maintenance of head sail furlers.

Ropes and splicing:
We offer full splicing services and have an extensive range of rope and cordage in stock. We can replace all types of halyards, sheets, and control lines.

Other maintenance services:
General welding of stainless and aluminium
Repair or replacement of life lines, pushpits / pulpits and stanchions
